All equipment manufactured by The Birdwell Company is warranted against defects of material or workmanship, if properly installed and maintained, for a period of one year from date of shipment. The company's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing, at our Houston, Texas plant, parts or equipment which prove defective within this period. The Birdwell Company shall not be liable for labor costs or expenses of Purchaser or consequential damages resulting from such defect. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, WITH RESPECT TO QUALITY, MERCHANTABLITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
