ETL certified by Intertek Testing Services to be in compliance with applicable UL and CSA codes and standards for general purpose or optional Class I of II, Division I or II (in various groups)hazardous locations. Thermostatically controlled expansion valves. High and low refrigerant pressure cut-out switches. Compressor starting relays and starting capacitors on single phase models. Solid-state time delay relays to prevent short cycling. Frost controls to stop compressor in the event of coil icing due to dirty filters, etc. Permanently lubricated ball bearing condenser fan motors. Service valves with pump-down capability. Entire unit constructed of 16 gauge galvanized paint grip steel. Base pan is 11 gauge steel.	Units are painted using two coats of Sherwin-Williams Polane® T Polyurethane enamel. Units are fully serviceable from the top and sides. All electrical controls are in one control panel. Evaporator sections are insulated with 1" thick, 1-1/2 lb., density acoustic insulation. Compressors are mounted in internal and external isolators for whisper quiet operation. All service doors are double wall, internally insulated. Units are equipped with refrigerant sight glasses and moisture indicators to aid in servicing. High efficiency compressors, internal pressure relief valves, and crankcase heaters. Condensate drain pans are 16 gauge stainless steel as standard to prevent corrosion. Low Ambient operation to 20°F .

BAR units are general purpose or hazardous area rated, air cooled, single package, roof mount cooling/heating systems is ETL certified by Intertek Testing Services to be in conformance with applicable UL and CSA codes and standards. The standard installation is on a unit roof curb with down supply and return ductwork. The units may also be installed outside on a level structure or concrete pad with side return and end supply ductwork connections. Unit options include electric heat, humidifier, de-humidification reheat control, Heresite baked phenolic or epoxy coated coils, stainless steel cabinet, unit mounted filters and remote wall mounted mechanical or programmable thermostat. These units are also available with a singe or redundant fan
pressurization section, remote wall mounted control panel and optional stainless or galvanized steel stack, rain cap and birdscreen. Water cooled BWR units are available as an option. Operating voltages available are 208/230-1-60, 208/230-3-60 or 460-3-60. Unit sizes are 2,3,4,5,6,8,10,15 and 20 tons.
