Entire unit cabinet (including internal parts) is constructed of 16 gauge type 304 (type 316 optional) stainless steel with stainless steel handles for maximum protection from corrosive environments. Evaporator and condenser coils have copper tubes and aluminum fins (optional Cu/Cu) Optional Heresite baked phenolic or Thermoguard coil coating for corrosion protection. High efficiency scroll or semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors Thermostatically controlled expansion valve.. High and low refrigerant pressure cut-out switches. Solid state time delay relay to prevent short cycling. Frost control to stop compressor in the event of coil icing due to dirty filters, etc. Unit is fully serviceable from access doors and grilles. Service valve with pump-down capability. External refrigerant sight glass with moisture indicator for aid in servicing system. Standard low ambient operation to 45°F. Optional electric heat. Also available in water cooled models. Optional programmable HVAC control panel with inputs for Smoke/Fire/Gas detection, HVAC Lead/Lag control, HVAC alarms.
