Thermoguard resistance to various agents and particles has been tested
in lab conditions and thoroughly tested in practice through a long site
experience.
Lab tests have proven a resistance to vapors. Except in cases where
the concentration exceeds values over 10ppm of the particles mentioned
in the following, Thermoguard warranty conditions will be valid. If the
coils are exposed to concentration which exceed the MAC-value of any present
particle, whether it is peak level or averaged concentration, Thermoguard
should be consulted.
At extreme temperatures and extreme concentration Thermoguard should
be consulted
In particular cases Thermoguard coatings may be exposed to chemical
fluids by cleaning, disinfecting, wetting or others. The warranty will
always be void if no written advice from Thermoguard has been given.
