| Coils are degreased by pressure washing with water first
and then Eco Clean which is a highly concentrated cleaning agent developed
specifically for the removal of dirt deposits, oil and grease from exchanger
coils and metal surfaces. |
|
|

| The coils are then oven baked at 275 degrees Fahrenheit
until completely dry. |
|
|

| When the coils are cooled, they are primed with Diamond
ZX which is a conversion coating for aluminum surfaces. Diamond ZX reacts
with aluminum to create an outstanding adhesion layer for applying a top
coating of Fin Guard. The coils are then air dried with clean filtered
air and oven baked at 275 degrees for 30 minutes. |
|
|

| Setting up a special spray pump for application
of Fin Guard under 3,248 psi of pressure. |
|
|

| After cooling, the coils are spray coated with Fin Guard
which is a one component, moisture curing, aluminum impregnated polyurethane
coating. To obtain full coverage, the coils are sprayed from both sides
at a 60 degree angle from the top and at a 60 degree angle from the bottom.
The coils are then air dried with clean filtered air for one to two days
before shipment. |

| This coating process, which has been proven over many
years of use, gives the best corrosion protection from salt air, hydrogen
sulfide, sulphur dioxide and many other gases commonly found in chemical
plants, refineries, pulp and paper mills and offshore drilling/production
platforms. |
