The Birdwell Company has a complete air conditioning unit test facility where special outdoor and indoor design conditions can be simulated to prove Birdwell's custom designed unit capability. For example, desert design conditions up to 125 F for projects in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia have been reproduced in our test room so that custom Birdwell air conditioning units could be factory performance tested prior to shipment. Birdwell units may be performance tested for 50 Hertz power operation as well. The Birdwell test facility is also connected to Birdwell's own stand-by generator. In the event of local power outages, our stand-by generator provides enough power to run our entire manufacturing facility. All Birdwell air conditioners are factory run tested prior to shipment.
